- Do the passes renew automatically?
- No. Every plan is a one-time payment. Nothing auto-renews and there's nothing to cancel — when a pass ends, it simply ends.
- What is the AI tutor?
- An AI study buddy built into the app. Ask it anything about the lesson you're on, why an answer is right, or how a rule works on the real test — and get a clear, plain-English explanation on the spot.
- How long do I get the AI tutor?
- The AI tutor is for active prep, so it's available through your test date — and we extend it through one retake if you don't pass the first time. For pass holders that's the life of your pass. For Lifetime members, the AI tutor switches off once your test (and any retake) is behind you; everything else stays yours forever. Live AI has a real per-question cost, so we'd rather be upfront than pretend it's free to run indefinitely.
- Is there a limit on how much I can use the AI?
- There's a fair-use limit so the AI stays fast and affordable for everyone. It adjusts automatically based on usage — the system gently scales individual limits to stay within what we can sustainably offer. The vast majority of students never come close to it.
- Do I get new questions and updates?
- Yes. We keep the lessons and questions up to date with the latest changes to Ontario's rules of the road and traffic signs, and we keep adding more practice questions over time. Anything we ship is included with your pass while it's active — and Lifetime members keep getting new content for good.
- Can I get a refund?
- All sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Because plans are one-time and access starts immediately, there's nothing left running to cancel.
- Which plan should I pick?
- Most people pass within a couple of weeks, so the 30-Day Pass is the sweet spot — enough time to learn properly and practise without rushing. Pick the 7-Day Pass if you're cramming, or Lifetime if you'd rather pay once and never think about it (and maybe pass it to a sibling).
